Media & Content .

Sports and exercise psychology always creates room for discussion. Whether that be about injury, behavior change or the profession itself. Below are a range of conversations I’ve had with different professionals on a range of topics.

The Performance Psychcast.

I had the pleasure to talk injury and it’s impacts with Greg Parry & George Mitchell on their podcast ‘The performance Pschcast’.

Rookes Health

I had the pleasure of discussing confidence, fear and trauma on the Rooks Heath Podcast. Rooks Health is hosted by a qualified physiotherapist, health activist and blogger Farouk Bello. In his podcast, he debunks and explains some common and controversial health myths and misconceptions. He has conversations with doctors, physiotherapists, other medical professionals, health/wellness experts, athletes and lot more.

Employability Matters.

I had the pleasure of being on ICAN Employability Matters Podcast which shares practical job search advice, brilliant ideas and interviews from inspiring leaders in their field. This resource helps listeners to map out their own career pathway as well as provide them with relatable and honest advice.

We discussed my Sports and exercise psychology journey so far.

In Season 3’s second episode, host Matilda interviews Jodine, a chartered sports and exercise psychologist. Jodine’s expertise spans from helping those with long-term health conditions to supporting athletes dealing with issues like competition anxiety and injury management.
