Why have a session with me?

As athletes, you are taught to develop your technical ability. How to run, jump, kick, throw, bounce a ball. What you aren’t taught is how to master your mind to support your performance. You aren’t taught how to:

  1. Build confidence

  2. Bounce back from a ‘bad’ performance

  3. How to deal with the emotions during injury

  4. How to think positively

  5. How to manage emotions

    Luckily I love the mind and supporting athletes with tools to improve theirs.

A word from me

Every athlete can use sports psychology tools to make them a better athlete, performer and human. The fact is a number of athletes have never used a mindset tool or even know which one is right for them.

I believe that your mind, understanding your strengths and weakness can transform the athlete you are. I am passionate about supporting athletes to be the best version of themselves.

Ready for sessions?

What you can expect!

01 Discovery call

I book everyone in for a free 30-minute call. This allows you to discuss your needs, and sport and see if I am the right sport and exercise psychologist for you. If you decide we are a good fit we will get started arranging sessions, times, and meeting formats.

02 Sessions

You will be asked to complete a questionnaire before the sessions start. This will collect information about you and areas you need support with. Sessions will adopt a person-centred approach and I will work with you to create solutions to improve your performance.

03 Following a session

Once your session is complete, your individual work begins. I will send you a typed summary following each session, which will contain notes from the session and any action steps. We will then continue sessions to support performance enhancement.
