My numerous life experiences, educational journey and practice allow me to create a safe non-judgemental space for clients to express themselves. I am glad I get to support clients with both sports, exercise and wellbeing through my role.

 I truly believe sports and exercise psychology and improving mindset is for everyone. Elite athletes, recreational athletes, dancers, general populations and companies.  Understanding our unique mind and implementing skills to make us better is something we can all use. I love what I do, and I hope I can help you achieve your next goal.

My name is Jodine, former athlete, physical activity manager and a sports and exercise psychologist. Sports, exercise and wellbeing are a huge passion of mine and I want to support clients, organizations and staff to embed psychological tools into everyday practice. Using evidence based practice, theory and experience I help clients along the change process.

Sports.

Being a sports and exercise psychologist wasn’t always the plan being an athlete was. Hours of training, the thrill of the sport and the feel of the track under my spikes was all I knew. Injury changed that for me, and I was no longer able to take part in the sport I loved. Injury can be a roller coaster and you can feel as if you loose apart of who you are. My injury journey was no different. As devastating as that was it has now meant that I can support clients on their athletic or exercise journey.

Exercise.

From a young age I learnt the importance of health. During my teen years I witnessed my mum experience a brain aneurysm due to stress. A woman who worked out all the time, but was still impacted by mental stress.

My passions for health stems from personal experience, family health deterioration and the love of what our bodies can do when we are healthy. I want to support others to find their ideal health journey! No fad diets, 30 day challenges or quick fixes, I want to work with people to create long lasting change and explore their mind.
